Extract the materials folder in the ZIP to X Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\y\half-life 2\hl2 where X is the drive you installed HL2 to and y is your Steam username. The minecraft has the sound effects and music of Half Life 1, Black Mesa and 2, it doest have the combines or the weapons of the second game yet.
